Before / During your Stay

BEFORE YOUR STAY:

• Please let us know the exact number of guests that will be arriving.

• Communicate with us about any modifications, additions, and/or cancellations about your booking so we may arrange them before your booking dates and avoid issues.

DURING YOUR STAY:

• Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am

• Please take care of the unit like your own home. Any damage caused in apartments, premises, or to other guests, whether by accident or otherwise, is solely the responsibility of the guest and not by us. Additionally, any furniture and/or fixture damage will be deducted from your security deposit and we may ask you for more depending on the severity of damage caused.

• Laundry and Dry service is available with a fee.

• Visitors staying beyond 10pm will be charged with a fee for staying beyond quiet hours.

• Extra Mattress, Pillows, and/or Blankets may be requested with a fee.

• No Parties. No Events allowed

• NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT. You will be charged with (₱2,500) which will be used for cleaning if you violate this rule. 

• NO COOKING OF SMELLY FOODS: No cooking of Smelly food or Dried goods ( i.e. dried fish, fish paste, fish sauce, anchovies, etc.) Cleaning Charge (₱2,500)
